1. About memfac
memfac is a creative brand showcasing original meme-style designs and directing customers to third-party marketplaces where physical print-on-demand (“POD”) products are sold.
memfac does not operate its own checkout, payment system, or fulfillment center.
All products are:
produced on demand by third-party production partners (primarily Printful)
sold and paid for on external platforms (such as eBay, Zazzle, or similar marketplaces)
printed, packaged, and shipped by those partners
2. Purchases & External Platforms
When you purchase a memfac product, the transaction is completed on a third-party marketplace.
This means:
payment processing
taxes
shipping fees
delivery timelines
refunds and chargebacks
are governed primarily by:
the marketplace’s own terms and policies
and the fulfillment partner’s production rules
memfac does not store payment details or process payments directly.
3. Production & Fulfillment (Print-on-Demand)
All memfac products are made to order.
Production is handled by professional print-on-demand partners, primarily Printful, according to their manufacturing standards and quality controls

Because products are made specifically for each order:
slight variations in color, placement, or size may occur
mockup images are illustrative, not exact representations
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is handled by our fulfillment partners and their logistics providers.
Delivery times may vary depending on:
production time
shipping destination
customs processing
external factors beyond our control
Estimated delivery times shown on marketplaces are estimates, not guarantees.
5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Because products are custom-made, returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection are generally not accepted.
However, if your product arrives:

misprinted
materially defective
you may be eligible for a replacement or refund, in line with:
the marketplace’s policies
and the fulfillment partner’s defect handling rules
Issues must typically be reported within a limited timeframe after delivery (as defined by the platform).
memfac will assist where possible, but final resolution depends on the platform and production partner.
6. Cancellations & Order Changes
Once an order enters production, it usually cannot be changed or canceled.
This is due to the automated nature of print-on-demand fulfillment.
Please review your order details carefully before completing a purchase.
7. Taxes, Duties & Customs
Taxes, VAT, sales tax, customs duties, and import fees may apply depending on your location.
These charges are:
calculated and collected by the marketplace
or by local authorities upon delivery
memfac is not responsible for additional charges imposed by customs or tax authorities.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, visuals, and branding associated with memfac are protected intellectual property.
You may not:
copy
reproduce
resell
or redistribute memfac designs
without explicit written permission.
Purchasing a product does not grant rights to the underlying artwork.
9. Limitation of Liability

These Terms remain applicable regardless of the specific platform used for purchase.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of residence remain unaffected.
